Q1: Box Sizes
The boxes come in sizes 3 Inches Square through to 5 Inches Square. They go up in half inch increments.
A 3'' Box will sit comfortably in your hand and is about the same size as a standard middle of the road sized coffee cup. A 4'' Box is the most popular size, and is just over a handful when your palm is open flat.
A 5'' box is a good two handfuls. It is best for a 5'' to be set on a flat surface before the lid is lifted.

Q2: Personalisation
Each standard Exploding Box has 12 panels in total - unless previously agreed upon before purchase. Whilst the majority of the boxes come with sets of generic verses for each occasion, you can add in personal information such as names, dates, travel arrangements, special excursions & short personal messages or even fill your box with all your own words.
Q3: Photos
Photos are only added to boxes 4'' and over.
You may only add 4 images per box order. These need to be either emailed to Exploding-boxes@outlook.com or WhatsApp'd to me on 07496800318

Q4: Delivery timescales
Standard delivery is 48 hrs from dispatch using the RM Tracked 48-hour service. However, please allow another 24 hours on top of this as I am based rurally and therefore am subject to curtailed Post Office hours.
Please note that upgrades are available for express delivery in the UK, however, these are strictly from your item being dispatched and not from your purchase date. Dispatch dates will be confirmed after purchase if schedules are running over the standard 3-5 day dispatch period.
If you wish to receive your item by a specific date, please get in touch prior to purchase using the CHAT function on screen to check availability.
Q5: Can I open my box prior to gifting it?
Yes, absolutely!
Once you have opened your box and had a good look, simply fold the panels back up and pop the lid back on.
Q6: Storage & Care
Please keep your box away from direct sunlight as this will fade colours & images over time.
Keep out of draughts also, as this is likely to warp the cardstock.
Feel free to handle your box. The newer the box, the stiffer it will be. The more it is handled, the more of a 'pop' you will get when the lid is lifted.
