Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

Processing Times

Processing times vary depend on volume. A buyer will be notified of the estimated dispatch date and delivery window within 24 hrs of check out being completed. 

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are only available on items lost in the post. Lost Items requirements state an item is lost if undelivered after 30 days. Delays are not the responsibility of the dispatcher if items are dispatched with in the notified dispatch window. Proof of posting & tracking is available at all times but subject to the delivery service providers own sites being up to date.

Refunds for any other reason excluding damages are not accepted due to the bespoke nature of the items for sale and as according to the current distance selling regulations, unless agreed by the proprietor. 

Damages

All damages or dissatisfactions must be reported with 7 days of items being received and accompanied by photographic evidence of said damages. Where at all possible items will be replaced like for like and will incur additional postage costs. Any refund agreed upon for damaged items are subject to the item being returned to the agree upon return point, and at the sole cost & responsibility of the person returning the item.
